Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Roasted Elements coffee, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right. We can offer you a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you'll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for any returns or exchanges. If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll send you a replacement right away.
